Webinar strategy
The webinar strategy is the plan for a client's webinar program. It says why the client runs webinars and for whom, the targets (registrations, show rate, hot leads), the format mix and cadence, the days and times, the topic pillars and a backlog of topics, the speakers, the promotion waves, what counts as a hot lead and who follows up, the event-room standards, what each webinar is repurposed into, what competitors run, and a 12-month roadmap.
What it does
The webinar strategy is the plan for a client's webinar program.
Every target says where it came from: the client's own results, published benchmarks (with the source), or "to be decided". Benchmarks are researched once per industry and reused for the next client in it.
Set it up
- Agent: Webinar Strategy (
webinar-strategy) - Model tier: Sonnet · cost cap per run: $4.00
- Needs: web_crawl, aeo_probes, industry_benchmarks
- The G2M must be on file first. The audience model and brand identity make it sharper.
- Ask: "Build a webinar strategy for this client." It takes about five minutes.
- Read it in the Google Doc, or ask for one part: "What's the webinar cadence in the strategy?"
- Change a section the same way as any other strategy: on the strategy dashboard, by commenting on the Doc, or by asking Nexus to change that section. A section a person changed is kept when the strategy is rebuilt.
Prompts
- "Build a webinar strategy for this client."
- "Show the webinar strategy."
- "What's the webinar cadence in the strategy?"
- "Plan our webinars for the next six months."
