Audience and personas
The audience model lists the client's customer segments and the personas inside them, with their pains, triggers and objections. Each piece and post can be written for one persona, and the brief reads that persona in full.
What it does
The audience model lists the client's customer segments and the personas inside them, with their pains, triggers and objections. Each piece and post can be written for one persona, and the brief reads that persona in full.
Set it up
Your Nexus team builds the audience model from the G2M. Every name is checked against the text, so nothing is invented.
Check and curate
- "Who are their personas?"
- Fix one: "Retire the persona 'IT manager'." or "Add a persona: fleet manager in the logistics segment."
- Set the split for one strategy (content, social or paid ads; that strategy must already exist): "Set the audience mix for the content strategy: 60% operations directors, 40% fleet managers."
- Assign a piece: use the Audience column in the content calendar dashboard.
