Strategy documents
Every strategy Nexus keeps (the G2M, the content, paid ads, social, webinar and AEO strategies, the offer architecture and the rest) has a Google Doc in the client's Drive, in a folder named after the strategy, for example the client's Content Strategy folder. The Doc has the version and approval line, a short "At a glance" summary, every section and a change log.
What it does
Every strategy Nexus keeps (the G2M, the content, paid ads, social, webinar and AEO strategies, the offer architecture and the rest) has a Google Doc in the client's Drive, in a folder named after the strategy, for example the client's Content Strategy folder. The Doc has the version and approval line, a short "At a glance" summary, every section and a change log.
Find the document
"Give me the content strategy doc." returns the link. Nothing is rebuilt or changed:
- When the link is on record, Nexus returns it.
- When it isn't (a strategy built before Nexus kept track of its Doc), Nexus searches the strategy's Drive folder and its year folders by title, returns what it finds, and remembers it for next time.
- When there is none, Nexus says exactly which folders and titles it searched, and offers to make one.
Make or refresh the document
- "Refresh the strategy doc." renders the Doc from the strategy on file and updates the existing Doc in place, so the link and the reviewers' comments stay. It never changes the strategy itself.
- "Give me the strategy as a markdown file." saves a .md copy of the same document in the strategy's Drive folder, with a direct download link. Exporting again replaces the file in place.
Prompts
- "Give me the content strategy doc."
- "Where is the G2M doc?"
- "Refresh the strategy doc."
- "Give me the strategy as a markdown file."
