Webinar invites, results and repurposing

Before the webinar, Nexus builds the invite list and drafts a personal opening line for each person. After it, Nexus scores everyone who registered, drafts follow-ups for each group, pushes the leads to HubSpot when you say so, writes the report, turns the recording into content, and learns from the results.

What it does

Before the webinar, Nexus builds the invite list and drafts a personal opening line for each person. After it, Nexus scores everyone who registered, drafts follow-ups for each group, pushes the leads to HubSpot when you say so, writes the report, turns the recording into content, and learns from the results.

Invites. The list can come from HubSpot (by lifecycle stage), the approved lead-intel contacts, people who came to earlier webinars, or a list you paste. Duplicates and people already registered are removed. Both the list and the personal lines land in Google Sheets. ✋ A person sends the invitations from their own email.

Results. After the event, Nexus pulls each registrant's live and replay watch time, questions, poll votes and button clicks. It scores them with the strategy's hot-lead rule into groups: hot, engaged, attended, replay only, no-show, and registered late. It also counts registrations, show rate and hot leads by source. This happens on its own; ask to refresh it any time.

Follow-ups. One email draft per group, drafted automatically once results are in. They're drafts: you send them.

Repurposing. From the replay's captions: the transcript as a Google Doc and in the client's knowledge base, a recap article idea on the content calendar, clip suggestions with timestamps for an editor, and takeaway posts for the company LinkedIn page as drafts in the social calendar.

Undoing the HubSpot push. Every contact the push writes carries the session tag webinar-<webinar id> (the push tells you the tag). Rolling back that session clears only the webinar properties: last webinar, segment, score and attended. Names, emails and any lead-intelligence fields stay.

Pipeline influenced. With HubSpot connected, Nexus finds the deals of people who watched (live or replay): deals created in the 60 days after the webinar count as new pipeline, and open deals updated in that time as active. Closed-lost deals don't count. This shows association, not proof that the webinar caused the deal. The report includes it, and the comparison ranks webinars by it.

Learning. The report compares results with the goals and records what happened, so later topics and timing build on it. With two or more webinars, Nexus proposes changes to the strategy with the evidence; nothing changes until you approve one.
