Your agency's brand
Puts your agency's brand on everything Nexus makes for your clients, instead of a generic one.
What it does
Puts your agency's brand on everything Nexus makes for your clients, instead of a generic one.
- Google Docs carry your byline under the title.
- Word documents use your template, with your logo, your document label and your "Prepared by" line on the cover.
- Reports and dashboards use your name and your main colour.
- Your clients never see another agency's name. Nexus is always named: it's the platform.
You can read your brand on your agency workspace's Brand page (pick your agency in the switcher). Your account team changes it for you: send them your logo (PNG or SVG), your colours and your Word template.
What's checked
- The logo: a PNG or SVG of at most 2 MB. A PNG is cleaned of its metadata. An SVG is cleaned of scripts, event handlers, links to outside files and embedded web content; the preview says what was taken out. Word covers need a PNG, so an SVG is turned into one.
- The Word template: a
.docxof at most 5 MB. Nexus renders a sample cover with it first and refuses a template it can't render, with the reason. - Colours: a colour that's hard to see on white or on a dark background is flagged. It still saves.
Troubleshooting
- My logo doesn't show on Word covers. It's an SVG that couldn't be turned into a PNG. Send a PNG.
- The template was refused. The message gives the renderer's reason. Open the file in Word, save it as a plain
.docx(not.docm) and send it again.
