Inviting a client's people
Gives a client's people their own sign-in to the Nexus workspace, so everything they read, approve or change is under their name.

What it does
Gives a client's people their own sign-in to the Nexus workspace, so everything they read, approve or change is under their name.
- An invite sends a sign-in link to one email address. The link works once, for 3 days, and opens the client's home in the workspace.
- Their role. A viewer reads. A member works on everything. Admins are made separately.
- Review access. A viewer who can review also approves posts, asks for changes and comments on the social boards, named as themselves. A viewer without it only reads.
- Which clients. An invite covers the client you invite them to. Their organization's admin can widen it to every client.
- Anyone you invite. People outside the organization's email domains (a freelancer, a partner agency, a personal address) get in through their invite only. The Team page marks them.
Use it
- "Invite jane@acme.com to Acme as a viewer who can review." Sends the invite.
- "Resend Jane's invite." Sends a new link (the old one stops working once used or after 3 days).
- "Remove Jane from Acme." Signs her out at once. If Acme was her only client, her access is switched off.
- In the workspace: Settings → Team → Workspace access lists everyone who can sign in, their role, review access and last sign-in, with Resend and Remove. Open a person to switch review access on or off. Invite someone is under the list.
Who can invite
- The account team for the client.
- An admin of the client's organization, for its own clients.
- Changes show what they'll do first and apply once you say yes.
Troubleshooting
- "App access is off" on the Team page. Nobody in the organization can sign in yet, invited or not. The invite is saved, and no email goes out. Once access is on, press Resend.
- The link says it expired or was used. Go to the sign-in page and enter the same email address for a new link.
- They signed in but can't approve a post. They're a viewer without review access. Switch Can review on in their row.
Prompts
- "Invite jane@acme.com to Acme as a viewer who can review."
- "Resend Jane's invite."
- "Remove Jane from Acme."
