Client channels
Each client has its own Slack channel, pinned to that client. In a pinned channel Nexus always knows the client, so you never name it.
What it does
Each client has its own Slack channel, pinned to that client. In a pinned channel Nexus always knows the client, so you never name it.
Set it up
- Create the client's channel and invite Nexus.
- In the channel: "Pin this channel to [client]."
- Check it worked: "Which client is this channel for?"
A channel can be pinned to one client only. Moving a pin to another client asks you to confirm.
Troubleshooting
- Nexus asks which client you mean in a client channel. The channel isn't pinned. Pin it.
- Nexus answers about the wrong client. Check the pin, then move it if needed.
Prompts
- "Pin this channel to [client]."
- "Which client is this channel for?"
