Pipeline dashboard
The pipeline dashboard is a live page built from the client's HubSpot deals: a rep-by-stage table with the number and value of deals, a weighted total, headline numbers, recent closed-won deals, and a filterable list of every open deal. It only reads HubSpot.
What it does
The pipeline dashboard is a live page built from the client's HubSpot deals: a rep-by-stage table with the number and value of deals, a weighted total, headline numbers, recent closed-won deals, and a filterable list of every open deal. It only reads HubSpot.
Set it up
- Connect HubSpot first (see the HubSpot connection guide).
- "Set up the pipeline report." Nexus looks through the deal fields and guesses which ones hold the deal source, the products and the call notes.
- ✋ Check the guesses and correct any that are wrong, for example "Change the deal source field in the pipeline report to Lead Origin."
Use it
- "Show the pipeline dashboard." Opens the last snapshot with its summary. Fast; nothing is re-fetched.
- "Refresh the pipeline dashboard." Pulls the latest deals from HubSpot and rebuilds it (a few seconds).
The dashboard link carries a private token: use the one Nexus posts, don't retype it.
Troubleshooting
- Nexus says there's no snapshot yet. Refresh it once to build the first one.
- A column is empty. The field mapping points at the wrong deal field: set it up again or name the right field.
Prompts
- "Set up the pipeline report."
- "Change the deal source field in the pipeline report to Lead Origin."
- "Show the pipeline dashboard."
- "Refresh the pipeline dashboard."
