Onboarding (Roadmap)

Roadmap › Onboarding is one page for everything each engine needs to work and keep working. There's one engine per section of the sidebar: Performance, Roadmap, Strategy, Audience, Content, Social, Growth and Knowledge.

Open in your workspaceSigned in, this guide shows where your company stands.

What it does

Roadmap › Onboarding is one page for everything each engine needs to work and keep working. There's one engine per section of the sidebar: Performance, Roadmap, Strategy, Audience, Content, Social, Growth and Knowledge.

  • Account basics come first. Until the client is onboarded, no engine can be turned on.
  • Start here is the single most useful next step across the engines in use.
  • Each engine shows its progress, its next step and who it's waiting on. Open one for its checklist: connect, configure, build, start, keep running.

Use it

"Open the onboarding page for Acme." gives the link.

Each step has one button:

  • Fill in for a setting (a website, a CTA, a market): it saves right there.
  • Do it opens Ask Nexus with the request filled in, for anything Nexus builds or connects. The cost and the approval are asked there, as in Slack.
  • Not needed for an optional step that doesn't apply to the client, with a reason.
  • Confirm for something Nexus can't see from its side, like Search Console access through the shared account.

Keep it running

Keep-running steps check that something already set up still works: a connection, a nightly sync, a schedule, a token about to expire, a calendar running low. A broken one shows the error as the system reported it, and it's also a finding on Roadmap › Findings until it's fixed.

Prompts

  • "Open the onboarding page for Acme."
