Nexus Pages (landing page previews)

Nexus builds a complete, brand-styled web page and serves it behind a private preview link. A client's pages form a small site with a shared menu, so new pages link to the earlier ones. Previews are hosted by Nexus: they don't publish to the client's Webflow, WordPress or Wix site.

What it does

Nexus builds a complete, brand-styled web page and serves it behind a private preview link. A client's pages form a small site with a shared menu, so new pages link to the earlier ones. Previews are hosted by Nexus: they don't publish to the client's Webflow, WordPress or Wix site.

Set it up

  • The page takes its colours, fonts and wordmark from the client's brand identity.
  • By default a page follows the client's approved page content structure: the same sections, in the same order, with the same messaging. Create and approve one first (see the page content structure guide).
  • Want the copy before the design? Draft the copy from the approved structure first ("Create the content for this page." in the page content structure guide), approve it, then ask for the preview.

Use it

  • "Build a landing page for the client's new pricing offer." Nexus writes the page, adds up to three generated images and posts the preview link. The page joins the menu.
  • No approved structure? Nexus says so instead of guessing. Approve one, or ask for a quick page from the brief alone.
  • "Add a testimonials section to the homepage." Revisions are versioned and keep the images on sections that stay.
  • "Regenerate the hero image on the homepage."
  • "Show me the client's pages and preview links."
  • "Reorder the site menu: Home, Services, Pricing, Contact." You can also add, rename, hide or remove menu items.
  • "Delete the pricing page." Nexus asks you to confirm first.

Troubleshooting

  • A preview link doesn't open. Use the exact link Nexus posted, or ask for the pages and links again.
  • You want the page on the live site. Previews don't publish to a CMS. Build it in the client's CMS, using the copy and the structure as the spec.
