Content guardrails
Guardrails are rules every piece must follow, stored once and applied to every brief, draft and revision. They also bind social posts and ad copy.
What it does
Guardrails are rules every piece must follow, stored once and applied to every brief, draft and revision. They also bind social posts and ad copy.
Set it up
- "Never mention pricing in any blog."
- "Add a guardrail: don't name competitors."
- Clear them all, or replace the list: "Clear the content guardrails." / "Replace the content guardrails with: never mention pricing; don't name competitors." There's no way to remove a single rule: replace the list with the rules you want to keep.
A rule stated only in one revision request applies to that piece only. State it as a guardrail to keep it.
Prompts
- "Never mention pricing in any blog."
- "Add a guardrail: don't name competitors."
