Search Console and Analytics
With Google Search Console and Analytics connected, Nexus knows how each page ranks and how much traffic it gets. That drives refresh suggestions, keyword planning and the performance reports.
What it does
With Google Search Console and Analytics connected, Nexus knows how each page ranks and how much traffic it gets. That drives refresh suggestions, keyword planning and the performance reports.
Set it up
There are two ways; one grant covers both Search Console and GA4:
- ✋ Add the Google account your Nexus team gave you as a user on the Search Console property and as a Viewer on the GA4 property. Nexus finds both from the client's website.
- Or: "Connect Google for them." Someone with access to both signs in through the link Nexus posts.
If Nexus can't find the GA4 property, give it the ID: "Their GA4 property ID is 123456789."
Check and curate
- "Show their indexation and search data."
Troubleshooting
- The message says "Property not accessible." The account that signed in can't see this site's property. The message names the account and lists what it can see.
Prompts
- "Connect Google for them."
- "Their GA4 property ID is 123456789."
- "Show their indexation and search data."
