# SEO reports

## What it does

A family of SEO reports, each delivered as a branded Word document. The monthly ones each cover one area with no overlap; the combined report stitches them into one document. Turning on the AEO/SEO engine schedules them; you can also run any of them on demand.

Most need Search Console connected (see the Search Console and Analytics guide). The baseline also runs with only a website, which suits prospects.

## Use it

**Baseline.** A one-time (or quarterly) deep dive: technical health, Search Console, GA4, Core Web Vitals, AI visibility, AI crawler access, entity and off-site presence, ending in a five-pillar scorecard and a 30/60/90-day plan. **"Run the SEO baseline."**

**Technical SEO audit.** The deep crawl: robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, indexation, redirects, broken links, titles, meta, headings, canonicals, hreflang, schema and Core Web Vitals, with a fix list ranked Critical to Low. **"Run a technical SEO audit."**

## After a report

- After a content gap analysis: **"Add the top 5 content gaps to the content calendar."**
- After a technical audit, Nexus offers to file the Critical and High fixes as tasks.
- After the baseline, ask "What should we do next for their SEO?" to turn its plan into the action list (see the SEO and AI visibility actions guide).

## Troubleshooting

- **Rank tracking stops with no keywords.** The keyword universe is missing. Run keyword research first.
- **A section says data was missing.** Search Console or GA4 isn't connected for the client; the report names what it couldn't read.
