# Read and audit the client's live site content

## What it does

Reads what is actually live on the client's site through the CMS: the latest posts, custom post types like case studies, and an audit of published content for gaps such as missing featured images or empty fields. Everything here is read-only; nothing is changed on the site.

## Set it up

The client's WordPress or Webflow must be connected first (see the CMS guides).

## Use it

- **"Show me the last 5 posts on the client's WordPress site."** Title, link and date for each.
- Custom post types: **"Which WordPress post types does the client's site have?"**, then **"Show me the last 5 case studies on WordPress."**
- **"Audit the client's WordPress site."** flags published posts and pages with no featured image, empty titles or missing excerpts (weak meta descriptions), and a large pile of drafts, in a Google Doc listing only the problems. Plugins, themes and wp-admin settings can't be read through the API, and the report says so.
- **"Audit the client's Webflow CMS."** reads the published collection items and flags missing required fields, empty image fields and image links that don't load.

## Troubleshooting

- **Nexus says WordPress isn't connected.** Connect it first (WordPress guide), then ask again.
