# Meeting agendas, transcripts and kickoff briefings

## What it does

Three agents cover a client meeting from start to finish. Meet transcripts reads the client's Google Meet calls and saves the decisions, action items and stakeholders. The meeting agenda turns that, plus ClickUp status and the client's numbers, into an agenda anyone on the team can run. The project briefing pulls the proposal, contract and intake documents into one kickoff brief.

## Set it up

1. The account strategists are on file (growth loop guide). Nexus finds the client's meetings on their calendars, matched by the attendees' email domain or the client's name in the title.
2. Pin the client's ClickUp list and Slack channel (growth loop guide).
3. Optional: give Nexus the client's shared channel too, so agendas include what was agreed in chat: **"Use [link] as the client's external meeting channel."** Nexus only reads that channel; it never posts there.

## Use it

**Ingest meetings.** **"Which meetings would you ingest for the client?"** Nexus lists the meetings it found and why it matched each one. Approve, and it saves them. Or in one step: **"Run meet transcripts for the client."** The first run looks back 30 days; later runs pick up where the last one stopped.

- **Agent:** Meet Transcripts (`meet-transcripts`)
- **Model tier:** Haiku · **cost cap per run:** $3.00
- **Needs:** google_meet

After a meeting, Nexus may post an offer in the client's channel with Ingest and Skip buttons. You can also answer in words: **"Yes, ingest that meeting."** or **"Skip that meeting."**

**Prep the agenda.** **"Prep the agenda for the next client meeting."** Nexus checks for new meetings and reads the client's channels first, ingests anything new, then builds the agenda: follow-ups from the last meeting, ClickUp status (the main part), and paid and SEO numbers when they matter. Each topic has its status, an owner and the decision needed. You get the doc link when it's ready.

- To keep the client's own agenda layout, give the last one: **"Prep the agenda using the same format as the last one: [link]."** Nexus keeps those section headings and only updates the content.
- To have it ready before every meeting: **"Auto-prep the agenda before each client meeting."**

- **Agent:** Meeting Agenda (`meeting-agenda`)
- **Model tier:** Haiku · **cost cap per run:** $0.40
- **Needs:** clickup, google_drive
- **Delivered as:** docx

**Kickoff briefing.** A kickoff is different from a recurring meeting: its source is the signed proposal or contract. **"Build the project briefing for the client: [link]."** Nexus combines the documents into scope, workstreams, timeline, missing requirements, open questions and a kickoff agenda.

- ✋ The contract, proposal and questionnaire must be Google Docs shared with the Google account your Nexus team gave you.
- Read it back later: **"What are the missing requirements in the project briefing?"**
- Then: **"Turn the missing requirements into ClickUp tasks."** Only the items we own become tasks, after you approve the list.

- **Agent:** Project Briefing (`project-briefing`)
- **Model tier:** Sonnet · **cost cap per run:** $2.00
- **Needs:** google_drive, clickup
- **Delivered as:** docx

## Troubleshooting

- **The agenda says no transcripts were ingested.** The meeting had no transcript, or it wasn't matched to the client. **"Show the meet transcripts diagnostics."** lists every meeting the last run looked at and why each was skipped. Check the account strategists, and make sure the meeting title has the client's name or a client attendee.
- **A strategist's meetings are never found.** Nexus can't see their calendar. They connect it themselves: **"Connect my Google calendar so Nexus can find my meetings."**
- **The agenda says no prior agenda was found.** Paste the link to the last agenda and Nexus carries its open items forward.
- **Nexus can't read a channel.** Invite Nexus to it with `/invite @Nexus`.
