      "markdown": "Each author and the company page connect once:\n\n- ✋ An author: **\"Connect LinkedIn for Jane.\"** Jane herself opens the link and signs in with her own LinkedIn; nobody can do it for her. Each author connects separately.\n- ✋ The company page: **\"Connect our company LinkedIn page.\"** The link must be opened by an administrator of the page. If they manage several pages, Nexus asks which one."

Publishing can't be undone.\n- Publish on schedule instead: **\"Publish our LinkedIn posts automatically on their dates.\"** Or flag a single post. Posts then go out on their date with no per-post check, so turn it on only for copy that's been approved.\n\nVideo, reel, poll and story posts can't be published by Nexus yet; post those yourself and record the live link on the post."

Send the link to an admin.\n- **A publish failed.** Nexus shows LinkedIn's exact error. If the author was disconnected, connect them again; an error about permissions or scopes is a LinkedIn app setting, which your Nexus team fixes."
