Give them a voice, one of three ways:\n   - ✋ Share writing samples: **\"Add these writing samples for Jane: [links].\"**\n   - ✋ Send the fill-in template: **\"Send me the author template for Jane.\"** The author fills it in, then you share the doc the same way.\n   - ✋ Ask your Nexus team to send their idea inbox link (below)."

Each visit asks 3 to 5 questions (about upcoming posts, missing stories, gaps); they answer in text or voice notes, or paste links. Nexus turns every answer into ideas that drive their next posts.\n\nStories they share are proposed for their profile, and only an approved story is used in drafts.\n\n### Bylines on many pieces\n\n**\"Rotate Jane, Mark and Ana as authors across October.\"** One call; a name not yet registered is asked about first."
