"markdown": "The chat button in the top right of the Nexus app opens a panel on the right where you talk to Nexus without leaving the page you're on. It's the same Nexus your team uses from Slack, with the same abilities and the same approvals.\n\n- **It knows where you are.** Each message carries the client in the URL and the page you're on: which page, the report channel, the period the page is showing (and what it's compared with), and the item you have open. You don't need to say \"for Acme\" or describe the page. Dismiss the \"Page context\" line above the messages to ask without the page.\n- **The conversation follows you around a client.** Move between a client's pages and the conversation stays open; the page context updates with your next message. The agency pages and your own pages keep conversations of their own. Come back to a client and its last conversation is there, if you used it in the last 7 days. Older ones are in the conversations menu.\n- **A new page, a new question, or the same topic.** After you move to another page, the panel offers that page's questions inside the conversation. Ask one, start a new conversation from the same line, or just carry on with what you were discussing: Nexus knows you moved and keeps to the earlier topic unless your words point to the new page. The lightbulb next to the paperclip shows the page's questions any time.\n- **Long jobs report back here.** A run you start from the panel shows as a card that updates when it's done. If you've closed the app by then, Nexus sends you a Slack DM (or an email if you sign in by email) with a link back.\n- **The team still sees what happened.** Conversations in the app are private to you, but when Nexus changes something for you (drafts a post, starts a run, files a ticket), it posts one line in the client's Slack channel. Questions post nothing.\n- **The page stays current.** When Nexus changes the page you're looking at, the panel offers a Refresh button. Nothing reloads on its own, so a half-typed edit is never lost.\n\nSlack stays the main place the team works. Use whichever is closer at hand."

"markdown": "1. Open any page in the app and click **Ask Nexus** (or press Ctrl+J, ⌘+J on a Mac).\n2. Type what you need, or pick one of the suggested first questions for the page. Enter sends; Shift+Enter starts a new line.\n3. When Nexus offers options, click one. When it asks for approval, reply \"yes\" just like in Slack. Approvals still work after a restart.\n4. Use the paperclip to attach a file. Nexus saves it to the client's Drive folder and reads it, like a file dropped in Slack.\n\nOn a page with nothing on it yet, **Ask Nexus here** puts the setup request in the panel for you."

"markdown": "- **Continue in Slack** (the conversations menu in the panel) starts a thread in the client's channel with a summary of the conversation, and Nexus remembers it there. The app conversation then shows a link to the thread and stops taking messages.\n- Links in Slack replies to a Nexus page open in the app when you're signed in.\n- A conversation isn't mirrored live between the two: start in one, hand off to the other."

Ask in the client's Slack channel.\n- **A \"that's a lot of messages\" error** means more than 20 messages in a minute; wait a moment. Nexus also works on at most 3 of your requests at once.\n- **The panel says the conversation continues in Slack.** It was handed to a Slack thread. Reply there, or start a new conversation in the panel.\n- **Continue in Slack says the channel is shared with the client.** A conversation in the app is yours, so it only moves to an internal channel. Pin an internal channel for the client first.\n- **Nexus says it restarted while working.** A deploy or restart stopped the request. Send it again.\n- **Nexus stopped waiting after 15 minutes.** Something it called hung. Ask again; if the answer still arrives, it shows up in the conversation.\n- **Nexus says a tool only works in Slack.** Pinning a channel, registering a channel, onboarding a client into a channel, and reading a Slack channel's history happen in Slack, where the channel is."
